Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full-time within a Living Well Hub based in Lambeth. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Psychiatric Nurse role is £26 - £27 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.
Summary:
- The Service is a short term support team, where people can access multidisciplinary and integrated assessment and support. The three Living Well Centres mirror the developing primary care neighbourhoods (PCNs) across the borough. As 'place based' services, they are embedded in their local communities, so that people can be supported to make long term connections to sustain recovery.
- The STS Service provides two functions: a short term primary care offer to include an enabling approach and practical support and a short term secondary offer for people who, in the main, have needs that require more complex intervention.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
