Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work based in North Kensington and Chelsea.
The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (CPN) job is £25-27 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Provide all service users with an adult mental health assessment encompassing health and social care needs in line with CPA, FACS, Section 117 and other relevant legislation (National Assistance Act etc)
- Undertake continuous Risk Assessment and Risk Management
- Formulate, monitor and review service user care plans
- Provide direct therapeutic care to users in their own home or other community settings, using evidence based nursing skills and psychosocial interventions
- Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of care, including overseeing work carried out by statutory and non-statutory agencies
- Offer supervision, training, and guidance to external agencies as required
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
