Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full time within a Psychiatric Liasion Team based in Ilford.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £23.24 - £25.99 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
This role may require some weekend working.
Duties:
- Onward referral and /or signposting of patients assessed
- Discharge from services
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience of assessing service users mental health and associated risks
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- Experience of working in a Psychiatric Liasion service/Home Treatment Team/Access and Assessment Team
- Able to use and access RIO electronic record-keeping system
