Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full-time based in Chadwell Heath, London. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Psychiatric Nurse role is £23.74-£25.55 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
To be able to work in a MDT but also competent and confident to fulfil a lone working role
To be able to work in partnership and collaboration with other agencies health, social care and education and care homes
To be able to provide a therapeutic input as part of the MDT/multi agency care package
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
Experience in community mental health desired, preferably 2 years post-qualifying experience
A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
Have held a band 5/6 post
Have experience in face to face work with young people and provide consolations to professional networks
Have experience and skill and the flexibility to think on their feet
