Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to work full-time based in Epsom.
The pay rate for this locum Community Physiotherapist job is £25.00 - £26.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
This role is a community role and so will be based at multiple sites.
Shift Pattern:
- 7.5 hour shifts with half an hour lunch break
Duties:
- Assessing and providing treatment/advice to patients at risk of hospital admission or who have had recent discharge from hospital
Requirements of the Community Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Car driver with access to a car
- Community experience
