Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Nurse (RGN) to work in Somerset.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- RGN qualified
- NMC registered with valid live pin
- Frontline mental health assessment skills with people experiencing a Crisis who attend ED
- Assessment skills in older adult nursing/physical health awareness
- Robust risk assessment and risk management skills
- Must be a registered practitioner
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
