Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to work throughout the Oxford area, within the District Nursing Team.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £25.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Visiting patient in their own homes for clinical interventions
- Wound care
- Non-oral medication administration
- Continence care
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- RGN qualified
- NMC registered with valid live pin
- Car driver with business insurance
- Phlebotomy skills
- General Documentation Skills
- Basic Assessment Skills
