Main Duties:
- Provide nursing care to housebound patients in own home or residential setting.
- Assessment and care-planning
- Wound care (simple/complex)
- Compression
- Medication management
- Drain management
- Catheter care
- EOL care
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live pin
- Recent UK nursing experience
- Must have Community nursing experience
