Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Cleaner to work with Camden council. This is a full-time position, and we are paying £15.02 Paye and £18.57 Umbrella per hour for this role.
The role:
To carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in all communal internal and external areas, voids and properties and low-level maintenance tasks as specified in the cleaning schedule, using mechanical equipment where appropriate.
Ability to work unsupervised, managing time effectively and working to deadlines. Be able to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal. Able to provide simple written reports and record numerical data. Can use tools and equipment safely and correctly, and to adopt safe working practices. Ability to identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions. Demonstrate commitment to customer care.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience. - Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- Hours: 36 hours p/w.
