Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for Central disclosure Officer to work full-time, fully remote. The pay rate for this locum Central disclosure Officer job is£90 per day (Assignment rate) and is an initial2-month contract.
Duties:
To log and triage information requests received into the organisation to identify the appropriate disclosure regime. To liaise with internal and external customers to obtain accurate and relevant information to ensure responses are compliant with FOI/ EIR and DPA legislation. To produce response letters to external customers and to accurately prepared information for disclosure ensuring sensitive information is removed where appropriate in order to meet FOI, EIR and DPA standards. To document actions within HSE’s relevant case management systems to ensure requests are correctly logged and responded to appropriately and within statutory timescales.
Requirements of Central disclosure Officer:
The Health and Safety Executiveare looking for a motivated individual with knowledge of the following information disclosure regimes – Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations and Data Protection Act) as well as experience of working in a customer forced environment.
Individuals will require good written and verbal communication skills in order that they can convey information in a clear and concise way. Individuals will also require excellent organisational, time management and analytical skills in order that they can digest and interpret information from a range of sources.
