Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Analyst to work full-time in South West London.
The pay rate for this locum Business Analyst job is negotiable and is an initial 6-month contract.
Summary:
- A Business Analyst (BA) is needed to support the design work for Housing and Supply Service. The Service needs to efficiently and professionally handle and manage Housing Cases, placing greater emphasis on prevention and more personalised service that is resident focused.
The role will consist of the following:
- There is a need to design and map the key operational processes, describing and showing the customer journey.
- The process maps and output will need to reflect the variety of different scenarios and situations the services face to a level of detail.
- The design will also need to incorporate the Council's new duties and obligations under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
- The focus will be on designing an improved future Service. Highlighting opportunities for removing un-necessary steps or activities and removing duplications. Identifying key decision points and approval points.
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
- Experienced Business Analyst
- Extensive experience and expertise of Process Mapping and producing work instructions
- Worked in Local Government or Housing Association
- Understanding of Housing Service in Local Government or Housing Association
