Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Social Service Occupational Therapist to work within a Reablement unit based in Widnes on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £28.36 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.
Job Summary:
To have a hands-on approach with rehabilitation goals and treatments and be able to complete and update care plans for the Reablement staff to follow, Communicate closely and effectively in order to maximise rehab potential and complete paperwork efficiently and comprehensively.
To be able to work both independently and as an effective team member alongside the other health and social care services
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
2 years' experience
