Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 7 Physiotherapist to work full-time in Halton in a neuro role. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.50-£26.00 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
  • Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Must be a car driver

Responsibilities:

  • To take a lead role in the advanced assessment, treatment and management of patients referred to the service and to contribute the MDT assessment determining appropriateness for admission to the service and / or provision of recommendations to referrer
  • To work as part of an inter-disciplinary team planning, implementing and evaluating patient care
  • To deputise for the service manager
  • To provide highly specialised Physiotherapy input to a multidisciplinary, client focussed neuro-rehabilitation service for adults in their own homes or community settings
