Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Forensic Social Worker to work full time within a Medium Secure Unit in Beckenham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
About the role:
- Statutory work - report writing - social circumstance reports, Tribunal hearings
1 ward round per week. - MAPPA - ensuring people that are qualified are registered with them - attending panels / submitting forms.
- Safeguarding - responsible for safeguarding events of patients.
- Family Liaison.
- Age 18-65 on the ward - men only.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult Services.
