Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in Chertsey.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £24.94 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
- The Care Home Pathway is a specialist service within the Community Mental Health Team for Older People that offers support to people with dementia and functional diagnoses who have very complex needs/presentations.
- We aim to offer advice, consultation and therapeutically informed approaches to help promote understanding of behavioural difficulties.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
- Ideally be familiar with SystmOne
