Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Forensic Team in Lewisham.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £24.63 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
- Essentially working with the out of area patients based in Medium secure units, Low secure units, Broadmoor, Rampton and Prisons
- Involvement with CPAS and Reports only as well as nearing discharge to facilitate discharge, by looking into appropriate accommodation suitable to their needs.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
- EPJS knowledge, but not essential
