Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to work full-time in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.50 to £25.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 2-month contract.
Duties:
- Caseload of patients within the community.
- Assesses, plans and develops specialist physiotherapist treatment programmes for patients/ clients with a wide variety of complex physical needs in a community setting.
- Communicates complex condition related information to patients/ carers/ relatives, and other clinical/ social care staff.
- Judgements on a variety of physiotherapy problems which require investigating, analysing & assessing.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- 2 years' experience
