Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Community Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist to work full-time or part-time in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy/ Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist job is £19.07 - £20.15 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is on an ongoing contract.
Job Summary:
- The post holder will work in partnership with other members of the integrated teams to ensure effective, timely intervention to clients.
- To provide occupational therapy or physiotherapy to a wide range of clients with complex health and social care needs.
- To respect and maintain confidentiality and have the ability to use own initiative, work with some supervision to meet deadlines and maintain a flexible approach.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Must be a car driver
