Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Duty Triage and Assessment Team based in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Assistant Team Manager job is £37.85 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Summary:

As an Assistant Team Manager, you will work alongside the Team Manager of the Duty Triage and Assessment team to directly manage a small group of assessment social workers. This role is a non-casing position.

Requirements:

  • A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
  • Qualified HCPC registered Social Worker
  • Management experience.
