Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 8a Aseptic Pharmacist to work full-time based in Rotherham.
The pay rate for this locum Pharmacist job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties of the Pharmacist:
- To work as an Authorised Pharmacist in Pharmacy Manufacturing working in an Aseptic Suite, final releasing aseptically made products under section 10 for patients use. The range of products may include: parenteral nutrition, cytotoxic chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, CIVAs to name a few
- To work closely with the accountable pharmacist and aseptic team to ensure all aspects of the Pharmaceutical Quality System are maintained; work closely with oncology pharmacist and haematology pharmacists in clinically checking prescriptions.
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Must be registered on the GPHC as a pharmacist
- Must have a relevant qualification in pharmacy
- 2 years experience as a pharmacist
