Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 6 Microbiologists to work full-time based in Salisbury. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Biomedical Scientist practices and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for these locum Microbiologist jobs are £24.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a contract lasting until 31/03/2021. Working 8pm-8am shifts Monday - Friday. Covering out of hours Flu / RSV / Covid testing on the Genexpert.
Requirements of the Microbiologists:
- HCPC registered
- Must have a relevant qualification in biomedical science (BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science or alternative qualification)
- Post qualifying experience within a similar role
- 2 years in Microbiology
- Experience with telepath would be beneficial
- Must be able to read and report bacteriology cultures
- Genexpert and working at CL3 is essential
