Paul has been a member of the Sanctuary team since February 2012. In that time, he’s placed hundreds of healthcare professionals in the UK, including international nurses.

As one of the most genuine people you could meet, Paul is quite humble when talking about his work. Just knowing that his team are doing everything they can to help international nurses realise their dreams of coming to the UK is enough for him. He has quite the record for making the journey from abroad as smooth as possible.

Talking of records, he also happens to own the full collection of Wisden Cricketers’ Almanack books dating back to 1864, which he tells us are very rare. So there are no surprises then what his other passion is next to raising his family and recruitment; it’s cricket. In the office, we all know when The Ashes Series is on!
