Discover what it’s like to work in a highly supportive culture at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust’s virtual recruitment event on Thursday 19th January 2023 (open from 6.15pm – 8pm).
You’ll get the opportunity to speak to some of the amazing social workers already working at NCT, hear how they’re supported to achieve the best outcomes for children, and get a real feel of how you can fit right in to the organisation.

Observed by Ofsted to have a culture of “high support and kindness,” Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is a great place to practise and progress - whether you’re at the start of your social work career or in management.
In joining NCT, your individual experience, knowledge and creativity are truly valued. As Ofsted observed this November, “Social workers are overwhelmingly positive about working in Northamptonshire”, and “great care and effort is taken by senior managers to visibly support staff and secure a shared vision for improved services for children and young people.”

That’s why Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is inviting you to join their virtual open evening on Thursday 19th January 2023. You’ll meet some of their amazing social workers and chat with Colin Foster the Chief Executive as well as other senior managers to discover why the NCT is such a rewarding place to work.
The open evening runs from 6.15pm until 8pm. You’re welcome to join and stay for the whole event or drop in when it best suits you. All you need to do is register beforehand.
