How To Contact The Hcpc

How do I contact the HCPC?

By Gemma Raw

The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is the regulator for 15 different health and care professions in the UK. There are a few ways that you can get in touch with the HCPC...

By phone

You can call the HCPC between 9:00 am-5:00 pm (BST), Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

The HCPC registration general line is +44 (0)300 500 4472. However, the best number to reach the HCPC on if you’re calling from overseas is +44 (0)20 75825460.

Before phoning, make sure you are clear on what your enquiry is about so that the call handler can redirect you to the correct department.

By email

The HCPC is also available by email, which may be better if there is a big time difference.

Please note, as an international HCPC applicant, you cannot apply for registration by email. Instead, you must send your HCPC application in the post.

By Post

If you are sending in your HCPC application from overseas, you must use the following address:

Health and Care Professions Council,
Park House, 184-186 Kennington Park Road,
London, SE11 4BU

For peace of mind and to make sure your documents arrive safely, it is a good idea to send them via a tracked delivery service.

As you’ll find, the HCPC has made itself as accessible as possible. If, however, you are struggling with any aspect of the registration process, simply reach out to us.
