Recruiter Awards 2020 - we're shortlisted!

​We’re absolutely delighted and proud to have been shortlisted for no less than four Recruiter Awards this year. These include Best Client Service, Best Candidate Care, Best Public Sector/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and Large Recruitment Agency of the Year.

The Recruiter Magazine’s Recruiter Awards are highly regarded accolades within the industry. Our inclusion as a finalist in four of the categories reflects the hard work and dedication of our team in always placing our candidates and clients first.

With unsettling times across the country, our ability to look after our health and social care community is more important than ever. But we know we have the right blend of capability and customer care to offer the highest standard of support.

These awards recognise our ability to flex and think innovatively to help our health and social care candidates and clients overcome challenging situations.

What do the awards judge?

The judges have read how we are constantly redefining recruitment in a way that allows us to offer healthier and more resilient resourcing solutions. Solutions that enable the NHS and children’s services to tackle complex resourcing and overstretched service delivery challenges.

They have also read a selection of examples on how our consultants and compliance team have quickly worked together to place people into roles. In each example we gave, we spoke about the extraordinary lengths we go to in order to place the right person, in the right role, every single time.

What does being shortlisted mean to us?

Of course, we wouldn’t be where we are today without our wonderful candidates and those employers looking to find new ways to tackle their resourcing issues.
