Key deadlines this December

As we approach the festive season, it’s time for us to bring your attention to our upcoming deadline dates regarding payroll and timesheet submissions. We know that the end of the year can be an expensive time, which is why we want to make sure you’re aware of our timings so you can budget your finances efficiently.
Week ending 15 December 2019
This will be our last payroll before Christmas, so it’s important that timesheets are submitted and authorised by 11am on Wednesday 18 December. Your pay will enter your chosen bank account on Friday 20 December 2019.
A second bank payment run will be on Friday 20 December and will reach your bank account on Tuesday 24 December.
Week ending 22 December 2019
The deadline for timesheets to be submitted and authorised for the week ending 22 December will be 11am on Monday 23 December. Due to the two official bank holidays (Christmas Day and Boxing Day), payment will be on Friday 27 December.
A second bank run will be as normal on Friday 27 December and will be paid on Tuesday 31 December.
Week ending 29 December 2019
If you’ve worked over the holiday season, then your timesheets for the week ending 29 December will need to be submitted and authorised by 11am on Tuesday 31 December. This will mean that you will be paid on Friday 03 January.
Sanctuary’s official opening hours
As you may expect, over the festive period we will be operating reduced hours to allow our hard-working staff to switch off and relax. However, we will still be available if any member of our community needs us.
Tuesday 24 December - 9am to 3pm
Wednesday 25 December - CLOSED
Thursday 26 December - CLOSED
Friday 27th December - 9am to 5pm
Monday 30th December - 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 31st December - 9am - 3pm
Wednesday 1st January - CLOSED
