The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £35,562.08 - £41,732.40 per annum.
The Role:
You'll be an integral member of an interdisciplinary team within a Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Service catering to individuals with acquired brain injury. Your role involves addressing complex needs in various settings including inpatient, transitional living units, and outpatient settings. You'll have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in neuropsychology and rehabilitation, with potential for contributing to service development. Collaboration is fundamental to our approach, and you'll work closely with support workers, psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychiatrists, and social workers. This interdisciplinary synergy is essential for delivering comprehensive services that meet the needs of service users and their families.

Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Experience as an RMN/RNLD is necessary, although additional training pertaining to the neurobehavioral model will be provided. A flexible mindset and a keen willingness to learn are indispensable qualities for this position.
- A minimum of two years of both clinical and management experience is a prerequisite for this role.
