Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday. 
Salary: £60,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Clinical Practice Facilitator (CPF) to join the ICU & Medicine Inpatient Teams at our client's hospital, a facility currently rated as "Good" by the CQC. The CPF's role will involve splitting their time between ICU & Medicine.

As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional practice of our client's teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff. You may also collaborate on or lead the development of the onboarding process for nursing staff. Day-to-day tasks will involve driving educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards but also elevate the standard of care offered, identifying practice gaps and implementing educational activities to address them.

What you'll bring:

  • Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration
  • Possession of a post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education, with substantive experience in a relevant nursing specialty
