Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Staff Nurse to join our client's Haematology Unit at a private healthcare facility in Manchester, which boasts an "Outstanding" rating from the CQC. Their private centre, developed in partnership with the NHS Foundation Trust, provides comprehensive care for private patients, encompassing diagnostic, surgical, inpatient, day case, and outpatient treatments, all conveniently located on a single site.

Within their Haematology Inpatient Unit, nurses deliver top-quality holistic care to cancer patients. Each member of their team possesses specific expertise in supporting patients throughout their cancer journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.

They tailor their care to meet the individual needs of each patient, offering comprehensive treatment plans covering diagnostic assessments, surgery, chemotherapy, anti-cancer drug therapies, radiotherapy, and supportive care.

As a Staff Nurse, you'll collaborate with their experienced nursing team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate specialist care, ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and comfortable treatment. Effective communication with patients and their families is paramount in meeting their medical, physical, and emotional needs.

You'll receive support from their experienced nursing team and Clinical Practice Facilitator (CPF), ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care within a nurturing environment that prioritises your well-being.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • NMC Registered nurse
  • Experience in NHS or Private Hospital settings
  • Significant post-registration experience within a haematology setting
