Making onboarding simple

As one of the biggest health and social care recruitment consultancies in the UK, we set the standard for safe resourcing solutions. As a DBS Umbrella body, stringent compliance is a big part of this.

After all, your safety and the safety of those you support, is vitally important.

Therefore, our compliance processes strictly follow the recruitment guidelines for those working with vulnerable people to meet the highest standards demanded by any health or social care employer.

Face-to-face registration

Before we offer you a role, we will always make sure we meet you in person. This is to verify who you are and take a copy of any original documentation.

Meeting you in person also means we can take the time getting to know you so that you can be confident we will match you to a role that’s right for you.

Compliance checklist

Our compliance checks include:

  • Proof of identity (provided in person)

  • Full employment history

  • Verification of professional registration

  • Checking of professional referee details for the last 5 years

  • Verification of training and qualifications

  • Disclosure and Barring Service and relevant overseas police checks

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK

  • Check on up-to-date statutory and role specific training

  • Occupational health screening (for relevant services)

This approach ensures our recruitment services are always compliant and that we adhere to the safe recruitment guidelines for those working with vulnerable people, as set out through local and national government, as well as the Crown Commercial Services, Collaborative Procurement Partnership, and HealthTrust Europe framework teams.
