Before we offer you a role, we will always make sure we meet you in person. This is to verify who you are and take a copy of any original documentation.

Compliance checklist

Our compliance checks include:

  • Proof of identity (provided in person)

  • Full employment history 

  • Verification of professional registration 

  • Checking of professional referee details for the last 5 years

  • Verification of training and qualifications

  • Disclosure and Barring Service and relevant overseas police checks 

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK 

  • Check on up-to-date statutory and role specific training 

  • Occupational health screening (for relevant services)
