Substance Misuse Nurse
Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Nurses to fill a full-time role in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse nursing and be registered with the NMC. The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Nurse role is negotiable with the client and is an initial 3-month contract. Main Duties: To provide specialist nursing care by maintain and developing a quality service. Take overall responsibility for the care of a caseload of patients requiring detox through the Medically Assisted Withdrawal Programme. Assessing, planning and evaluating programmes of care for patients, considering the potential needs of individuals. Provide appropriate treatments within your own competence levels based on Substance Misuse and Health guidelines.
