Are looking for an apprenticeship that has more to offer?

Welcome to Sanctuary Personnel. We love young, inspiring minds. If you’re keen to learn, you will enjoy a fantastic fast-paced exciting career with us. An apprenticeship with Sanctuary gives you every opportunity to be the very best version of yourself at an award-winning business. We simply request that you have a GCSE in Maths and English, have sound IT knowledge, and a positive can-do outlook.

Why choose an apprenticeship with Sanctuary Personnel?

Aside from earning a basic salary of £200 per week (plus a performance related commission scheme), there are lots of reasons to join Sanctuary as an apprentice. Here are just a few:

  • Long-term career prospects in a fast-growing business (many of our team managers, top fee earners and senior management started life as an apprentice)

  • Fantastic culture with fun team building and staff social events

  • Increased annual leave allowance (based on length of service)

  • Local business community discounts (gyms, shops and more)

  • Regular employee perks to celebrate success (we love rewarding everyone, but especially our apprentices)

  • A chance to give back through charity events and activities

What type of apprentice roles are available at Sanctuary Personnel?

Being one of Ipswich’s largest employers, we have plenty of different apprenticeship opportunities. The direction you take with us depends on two things – what it is you really love to do and how committed you are to progress within your role.

We know you’ll be keen to gain real work experience from day one, which is why many of our apprenticeship roles are customer-facing and technology focused (both core business skills). No two days are the same. However, your day-to-day role is likely to involve some or all the following, in addition to studying for practical qualifications:

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external contacts

  • Speaking with candidates to check their availability

  • Uploading candidate data and hours into Sanctuary’s internal systems

  • Answering calls and problem-solving

  • Writing and sending emails to candidates
