What type of apprentice roles are available at Sanctuary Personnel?
Being one of Ipswich’s largest employers, we have plenty of different apprenticeship opportunities. The direction you take with us depends on two things – what it is you really love to do and how committed you are to progress within your role.
We know you’ll be keen to gain real work experience from day one, which is why many of our apprenticeship roles are customer-facing and technology focused (both core business skills). No two days are the same. However, your day-to-day role is likely to involve some or all the following, in addition to studying for practical qualifications:
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Speaking with candidates to check their availability
Uploading candidate data and hours into Sanctuary’s internal systems
Answering calls and problem-solving
Writing and sending emails to candidates
