Marketing Project Manager

Sanctuary Personnel is looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing Project Manager, with substantial relevant project management experience to join our in-house marketing team.

With excellent communication, prioritising and planning skills, applicants will have experience of working simultaneously on multiple projects and brands, at different stages and have the ability to switch from one to another seamlessly.

Sanctuary’s marketing team manage a portfolio of leading brands that operate within the health and social care sectors along with providing marketing services directly to external clients as a marketing agency.

This is new position within the team, created through growth and will help contribute to the future success of the company.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collate, screen and administer incoming project requests
  • Scope and understand project requirements
  • Liaise with the marketing team to agree deadlines, and manage projects through from brief to delivery
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
  • Liaise with various internal brand heads and other stakeholders
  • Ensure project deadlines are met 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external freelancers, suppliers and other contacts
  • Use initiative to forward plan for upcoming projects and events, identifying any potential resource shortages and resolve
