Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Young Persons Resilience Worker to work full-time based in Cheshire East. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Young Persons Resilience Worker job is £12.85 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Identifying and responding effectively to potential safeguarding issues
- Providing screening, assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated care planning, post treatment support, including transfer of care
- Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey
- Working with service users to support positive, holistic outcomes in relation to their health and wellbeing, enabling them to lead safe, healthy and purposeful lives: reducing risk and increasing resilience.
Requirements of the Young Persons Resilience Worker:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role.
- Experience working with young persons within Substance Misuse.
