Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Ward Manager to work for a male PICU service, based in Thatcham, Berkshire.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this permanent Ward Manager job is £42,587 per annum.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the wards
- Providing guidance to the nursing team
- Managing budgets
- Organising shifts and the on-call service
- Oversee clinical and nursing audits
- Design and deliver training
Requirements of the Ward Manager:
- Relevant qualification
- Active NMC Registration
- Previous experience from the NHS or private care
- Flexible approach
