Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role as a Ward Manager based in West Sussex. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered Mental Health Nurse (Ward Manager) job is £43,412 per annum. £5000 welcome bonus over a 3 year period.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse (Ward Manager):
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Computer literate
- 2+ years' experience working in a supervisor position
- Working within a clinical setting, relevant to the post
- Evidence of CPD
- Experience supervising nursing staff
