Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to fill a full-time role based in Enfield. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's services.
The pay rate for this Senior Project Manager job is £450 per day (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
Job Purpose:
To manage projects and programme work streams within the Transformation portfolio of programmes and projects, working closely with Transformation Programme Managers and business sponsors across the council on the delivery of strategic outcomes and benefits.
- To develop and maintain relationships across the council business areas to enable effective change to take place. This includes positive challenge, collaborative problem solving and unblocking barriers to effect change.
- To promote and develop good practice in change management which supports constructive behaviours as set out in the council's cultural ambitions.
- To lead key activities across the Transformation portfolio to deliver change effectively, to time, within budget and with clear benefit realisation mechanisms
- To facilitate the growth of digital services across the business, understanding requirements, best practice and the options available for delivery through work with service areas and IT
- Supporting Programme Managers with stakeholder management and programme communications, ensuring key messages developed and shared
- To feed into governance arrangements to ensure assurance is provided that the Transformation activity is on track and coordinated
- Support the Transformation team to deliver the Council's priority outcomes for the Borough of Enfield.
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
- Must have a current registration with the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council)
- Property Qualification - Property Related Degree
- Experience in this area Either APM, MSP, PRINCE2 or at least significant experience in this area
