Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Technical asset and compliance officer to work full-time in Haringey. The pay rate for this locum Technical asset and compliance officer job is£430.05 per day (Assignment rate) and is an initial3-month contract.
Requirements of the Technical asset and compliance officer:
- Experience of working within a Local Authority, Commercial FM team or Housing association
- Ability to set and manage workload priorities
- Review of quoted works to ensure value for money is achieved at all time without a reduction in delivery quality
- Technical/Experience must haves -
- A recognised qualification in a Mechanical & Electrical discipline at level 3 or above desirable.
- Working Knowledge of Gas Safety, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Water Hygiene Safety, Asbestos Management, Lift Safety
- Solid background and experience in managing/overseeing statutory compliance regimes within the corporate & commercial sector
- Excellent English literacy, report writing and communication skills
- Ability and experience in use varying Microsoft software packages and to work analytically
- Ability to understand technical documentation and design criteria and to undertake site visits to confirm compliance to design criteria
