Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in London, within the Youth Offending Service Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £33.96 - £35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
The Team Manager will supervise a small team with a manageable case load. Each team will also lead on an area of practice.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- strong have skills in risk management. case management
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation.
- Must have the ability to create effective partnerships and skills to form professional relationships with supervises and colleague.
