Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Blackpool, within the Supporting and Strengthening Families Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
3 x Team Manager - Supporting and Strengthening Families.
Duties and Summary:
- Team managers who will bring a level of skill and experience in child protection, complex child in need and PLO/Pre proceedings.
- To manage a team which comprises a senior social worker and several social workers of varying experience.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- You will have a good understanding of the legal frameworks that govern our work and processes and systems that ensure effective management and positive outcomes
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to be organised, manage people, inspire and enthuse.
