Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Adults' Services based in Lewisham, within the Advice and Information Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £35 - £40 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
The social care advice and information team (SCAIT) is fast moving dynamic environment that receives daily calls and enquiries from the public and other professionals concerning adults aged over 18 years and over that may reside within the local geographical area.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and explore new avenues to assist with recruitment and retention
- Deal with daily office enquiries relating to new service users
- Act in accordance with Lewisham social care's core values
- Guide and support staff through a change management process
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
