Sanctuary Social Care has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work within a Safeguarding and Support Team based in Waltham Forest. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Children Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £52,464 to £55,482 per annum.
Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager to support the Head of Safeguarding and Family Support to deliver high quality and timely intervention for vulnerable children and their families.
- The successful candidate will be required to effectively work with colleagues within the organisation and with external partners and stakeholders; ensuring good multi agency working and to facilitate smooth transitions to our Children in Care Team and step down to Early Help.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experience working as a Team Manager
