Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Swindon, within the North Service, Long Term Safeguarding and Child Protection Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41.01 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To manage a pod of five social workers on Child Protection, CIN and Court Work.
- QA of work and supervision of cases and data and performance of the pod within a long-term safeguarding team.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
