Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker Team Manager to work full time within an Adults Safeguarding Team based in Truro. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adults services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults Service.
- Care Act compliant Assessing skills and experience
- Ability to complete safeguarding adults enquiry
- Risk assessing skills & experience
- MCA and Best interest decision making skills and experience
- Driver with access to a car
- Experience undertaking Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries and complex assessments
- Evidence of partnership working in order to ensure vulnerable adults are protected from abuse.
- Need to demonstrate application and commitment to Making Safeguarding Personal
- Ability to undertake assessment of risk and risk management.
