Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to fill a full-time role based in Bournemouth, working as a Missing & Return Home Interview Coordinator.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £43.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating the planning of responses to all missing young people
- Allocate and quality assure all return home interviews with the aim of these being undertaken within desired timescales, are not refused by the young people, are of good quality and create SMART actions to reduce future missing episodes and increase safety for the young person
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience
- Excellent communication and coordination across children's services and the police
- A good understanding of missing and exploitation, be familiar with quality assurance work, be able to track work to ensure compliance with timescales and be confident working within multi-agency partnerships
