Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Social Work Team Manager to work based in Lewisham, within the Long Term Safeguarding Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40.00 - £42.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Manage and co-ordinate the work of a team in a specified activity area to ensure the provision of high quality, effective service
- Monitor the performance of the team against set targets to ensure nationally set performance indicators are met
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience
