Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Long Term Child Protection (Pathway Hub) based in South Gloucestershire.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £43,622 to £47,538 per annum + £5000 recruitment attraction payment.
About the job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager depending on level of experience. Working in a Social Care Long Term team, the post holder will hold a child care case-load. Advanced Social workers will also organise, chair and participate in meetings with a wide range of other agencies and disciplines to ensure that an effective and holistic service response is provided.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Qualified HCPC registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential.
