Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a 16+ Leaving Care Team based in Bromley.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £41,377 - £48,234 per annum, plus £2000 annual retention payment, a £2,000 Golden Hello and lease car.
Summary:
- Social Workers in the Leaving Care team have an average caseload of just 10-12 young people and YPAs of 18-20 which allows you and them the time to focus on undertaking quality interventions and support.
- You will have the time to focus on the young people as well as yourself, your own development and career ambitions. At Bromley we have structured career pathways which start from the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment all the way up to Head of Service so there is no journey too big or too small at Bromley.
- As part of the Bromley Promise there will be a dedicated two week induction programme upon joining us, manageable caseloads, you will work in a small cluster team containing two Social Workers, up to three Young Persons Advisors and you as the Team Manager and you will have dedicated time set aside for quality reflective supervision supported by CAMHS on at least a monthly basis.
Requirements of Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Previous experience working in a similar team is essential.
