What you will do:

  • Provide supervision and mentoring to social workers, aiding in their professional development and adherence to statutory standards.
  • Implement and monitor plans to improve service delivery, ensuring ongoing professional reflection and learning.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive support for young people.
  • Support the Service Manager by providing accurate information, helping to manage performance targets and budget considerations.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all team members and service users, aligning with health and safety policies.
